Vejle Fjord offers a variety of amazing beaches. Many of the beaches and harbours are awarded the Blue Flag each year, and the water quality, particularly in Vejle Yderfjord, is top class. All the beaches are different. As a guest you can choose between natural beaches like Tirsbæk Beach or Hvidbjerg Beach or beaches close to the city like Albuen Beach or Ibæk Beach, if you prefer a little more company. On Tirsbæk Beach there are winter bathing-facilities with locker rooms, sauna and a pier.

Mørkholt Beach
Mørkholt Beach is a versatile beach with both a fine sandy area and a rocky beach area with shelter from the sun. The beach also has a bridge that goes into the water and toilets.

Hvidbjerg Beach

Tirsbæk Beach
The popular and child-friendly beach on the north side of Vejle Fjord, Tirsbæk Beach, offers great facilities including a kiosk, toilets, parking, a bathing pier, and nature and cycling routes close to Tirsbæk Castle. The beach is well-suited for winter bathing during the cold season.

The sandy point Holtser Hage is a scenic spot near Andkær Vig, where you can peacefully enjoy the sun or play in the sand. The scattered pine and heather vegetation provides shelter.

Brejning Strand is beautifully situated on the south side of Vejle Fjord, close to a marina and a hotel. The beach is rocky but child-friendly, with nearby parking, a restaurant, a playground, a bonfire area, and tables and benches.
