In Vejle there are lots of national and regional bicycle routes and also local bicycle rides. They are an excellent way to experience nature and history. Among the most popular routes are the historic Hærvej on the jutlandic ridge and the hilly Østkystrute along Vejle Fjord. On Bindeballestien you are riding on closed railway tracks through Vejle River Valley. Or you can test yourself on the toughest bicycle route in Denmark: 35 kilometers through the hilly city of Vejle.

Vejle’s probably highest mountain bike trail, Himmelpind Bike Park, is located in the district of Trædballe west of downtown. This is where local mountain bike enthusiasts have established a 550 meter long technically demanding mountain bike trail. Despite its modest length, the track features everything needed to get your pulse racing and challenge even the best of riders. It's the perfect trail to practice techniques, play around and just have fun.
