Vejle River Valley and Fjord offer a lot of great angling opportunities. You can angle at inlets, creeks, lakes and different put & take-facilities in Vejle River Valley. Angling is free in some of these areas, but you still need an official governmental license and must observe close seasons and the minimum size limit.

Near the beautiful Engelsholm Castle lies Engelsholm Lake, which is a very clean fishing lake supplied with spring water. It is possible to fish in the lake to a limited extent and to rent a boat for sailing on the lake.
